I opened my agency in 2018 after working as a State Farm team member, which gave me the experience needed to build a strong, people-focused office. Our team includes three members, and we’ve created a fun, positive environment where energy and teamwork are part of everyday life. We’re a basketball family — with my son playing at the University of Maryland — and we love to travel, which reflects the competitive spirit and curiosity we bring into our work.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
- Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
- Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
- Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

- Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in Bothell.
- Our office is open 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- We have 17 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
